Return policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your Snorfler, but we know sometimes things don't always go as planned. Therefore, if you are not satisified with your purchase you can exchange it, return it for in-store credit, or a full refund.
Returns
All items must be postmarked 14 days from the purchase date. All items must be in new and unused condition.
Return process
To return an item place it in its original packaging. You can e-mail us to receive a discounted shipping label that is $8. That will be deducted from your refund amount. Or you can pay for shipping yourself and you will be refunded the full amount. Ship all items to the address below:

Refunds
After receiving your returned item, please allow up to 5 buisness days for your refund to be processed. Please note refund times may vary depending on different banks.
